Perini building Cosmopolitan Resort in Vegas

Online casinos players are fully aware that the Las Vegas skyline is growing to epic proportions. Now, Perini Building Company, signed a building bond with 3700 Associates LLC, to build The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino. The total estimated project cost, including construction is over $1.8 billion.

It is currently planned that Perini will  break ground at the end of this month. The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino will open sometime during the middle of 2008.

The new contract calls for a huge casino resort and condos. The Cosmopolitan will enhance Las Vegas' skyline with its striking architecture and vertically integral design. The new property will be located on the Las Vegas Strip. Two high-rise hotel and condo-hotel towers approximately 600 ft. tall with a total of approximately 3,000 luxury hotel rooms and suites and condo-hotel residences, over 150,000 sq. ft. of convention and conference space, a 75,000 sq. ft. casino, 300,000 sq. ft. of fashionable retail stores and fine-dining restaurants, and more.

First, a  major construction feat will be completed in the construction of this hip new casino resort.
